Information you provide Account information (Apple, Google, or email login identifiers; email address where applicable) Profile information you choose to provide User Content: journal entries, plans, tasks, notes, messages, and other text you enter B. Voice and transcripts If you use voice features, we collect your voice input to generate transcripts and provide AI responses. We do not store raw audio recordings. We may store transcripts and related conversation content to provide the Service. C. Usage and device information App activity (feature usage, interaction events) Device and app info (device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone) IP address and approximate location inferred from IP (for security/fraud prevention) D. Diagnostics Crash logs and performance data (to keep the Service stable and fix bugs) E. Purchases Subscription status and entitlement information from Apple (we do not receive your full payment card details) 2) How we use information We use information to: Provide and operate the Service (AI conversations, plans, journal drafts, syncing, history) Maintain accounts and provide support Improve and secure the Service, including debugging and preventing abuse Process subscriptions and enforce access to paid features Comply with legal obligations 3) AI processing and third-party providers To provide AI features, we may send relevant parts of your User Content (including transcripts) to third-party providers, including Groq, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Cartesia, to generate responses and outputs. Training: We do not use your User Content to train general-purpose AI models. 4) How we share information We may share information with: Service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, databases, customer support tools, AI providers, analytics, crash reporting) Legal/safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets We do not sell your personal information. 5) Data retention We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion by deleting your account in the app. We may retain limited information where required by law or for security, dispute resolution, and enforcement. 6) Your choices and controls You can access and update certain account information in the app. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. 8) Children’s privacy Sweezy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 9) International data transfers We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate. 10) Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
