Terms of Service - Sweezy Effective date: 7th February, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sweezy mobile application and related services (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Sarvin AI Private Limited (“Sarvin AI,” “Sweezy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: contact@sarvinai.org Registered office: 82, WEST INDRAPURI SIPARA, Chitragupta Nagar, Sampatchak, Patna- 800020, Bihar, India By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1) Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 2) Accounts You may create an account using Apple, Google, or email login. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. You agree not to share access credentials and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. 3) The Service (AI features) Sweezy provides an AI-driven conversational experience to help you reflect on your day, create plans, and draft journal entries and related content. AI outputs may be wrong. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them. 4) Not medical or emergency use Sweezy is not a medical device and does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Do not use Sweezy for emergencies. If you think you may be in danger or need immediate help, contact local emergency services right away. 5) Your content “User Content” includes text, voice inputs (and transcripts), journal entries, plans, tasks, and other information you submit to the Service. You own your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content only to operate and provide the Service (including generating AI responses, plans, and journal drafts). You are responsible for your User Content and represent you have the rights needed to provide it to us. 6) AI processing (reference only) To provide AI features, we may process your inputs using third-party providers (including Groq, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Cartesia). Details about what we collect, how it’s used, sharing, retention, and deletion are in our Privacy Policy. 7) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations Sweezy offers: Free Plus: $4.99/month Pro: $9.99/month Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices may vary by region and include applicable taxes where required. 8) Acceptable use You agree not to: Use the Service for illegal activity or to violate others’ rights. Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or exploitative. Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass the Service’s security or access controls. Use the Service to generate or distribute malware, scams, or harmful content. 9) Service changes We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 10) Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or our rights. 11) Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 12) Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARVIN AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. 13) Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarvin AI from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms. 14) Governing law and venue These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
