Terms of Service - Sweezy Effective date: 28 May 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sweezy mobile application, web application, websites, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Sarvin AI Private Limited ("Sarvin AI," "Sweezy," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1) Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms to use the Service. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we believe an account is being used by someone under 18, we may suspend or delete the account. 2) Accounts You may create an account using Apple, Google, or email login. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. You agree not to share access credentials and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. 3) The Service Sweezy provides AI-driven conversational features to help you reflect on your day, create plans, draft journal entries, manage tasks, and personalize related content. Sweezy is not a human. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or unsafe. You are responsible for independently reviewing outputs before relying on them or taking action. 4) No professional advice or high-risk reliance Sweezy does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, employment, housing, insurance, safety, or other professional advice. Sweezy is not a healthcare provider, therapist, crisis counselor, suicide prevention service, emergency service, or professional advisor. No doctor-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the Service. Do not rely on Sweezy as the sole source of truth for important decisions, including decisions that may affect your health, safety, rights, finances, employment, housing, education, or legal status. 5) Emergencies and safety Do not use Sweezy for emergencies. The Service is not monitored for emergencies, and we do not promise to detect, prevent, report, or respond to any crisis or emergency. If you may hurt yourself, may hurt someone else, are in immediate danger, or need urgent medical or mental health support, stop using Sweezy and contact local emergency services or a trusted crisis hotline right away. In the United States and Canada, you can call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support. Outside those countries, contact your local emergency number or local crisis resources. We may, but are not obligated to, take actions we believe are appropriate for safety, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons, including limiting outputs, suspending accounts, preserving information, or disclosing information where required by law or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service. 6) Your content "User Content" includes text, voice inputs and transcripts, journal entries, plans, tasks, goals, calendar information you choose to sync, email or mailbox information you choose to connect, messages, and other information you submit to or generate through the Service. You own your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from your User Content only to operate, provide, secure, improve, enforce, and support the Service, including generating AI responses, plans, summaries, and journal drafts. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights needed to provide it to us. 7) AI processing To provide AI, voice, transcription, and related features, we may process your inputs and outputs using third-party providers, including providers such as OpenAI, Groq, Google Gemini, Deepgram, Cartesia, and LiveKit. Details about what we collect, how it is used, sharing, retention, and deletion are in our Privacy Policy. 8) Acceptable use You agree not to: Use the Service for illegal activity or to violate others' rights. Use the Service to obtain instructions for self-harm, suicide, harming another person, weapons, evading law enforcement, or other dangerous conduct. Use the Service as therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a substitute for professional judgment. Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful. Use the Service to generate or distribute malware, scams, spam, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive content. Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass the Service's security or access controls. Use outputs to make high-impact decisions about another person's rights, safety, healthcare, employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, or legal status. 9) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations Sweezy may offer free and paid plans, including Plus and Pro subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase or another payment provider shown at checkout. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by the payment provider. You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices may vary by region and may include applicable taxes. 10) Our intellectual property The Service, software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the Service or permission to use our name, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Service normally. 11) Service changes We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 12) Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, third parties, or our rights. 13) Disclaimers THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE SAFE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS. 14) Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARVIN AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) USD $100. 15) Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarvin AI from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights. 16) Governing law and venue These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except where local consumer protection law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
